Quality

How does one define a subjective term like Quality? It is like asking you to define 'beauty'. What is beautiful for you may not be so beautiful to the person sitting next to you. Over the years, many definitions of Quality have been tossed around but the most accepted definitions are the following:

- A Quality product is one which is fit for use
- A Quality product is one which is produced as per-defined specifications.


The first definition is called the customer's view of Quality while the second definition is called the producer's view of Quality.


The key or critical definition of Quality is first one.
